Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Incharge -who can join immediately to manage warehouse operations for Smart Meter inventory handling, storage, dispatch, and stock control. The candidate should ensure smooth warehouse functioning, inventory accuracy, and compliance with operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations for Smart Meter inventory.
- Maintain inward and outward movement records of materials.
- Monitor stock availability and ensure accurate inventory reconciliation.
- Coordinate dispatch and receipt of materials as per project requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation, GRN, stock registers, and system entries.
- Supervise warehouse staff and daily warehouse activities.
- Ensure safe handling, storage, and preservation of Smart Meter equipment.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and prepare inventory reports.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or Smart Meter/Telecom/Electrical project handling.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems.
- Good communication and team handling skills.
- Experience in SAP/ERP will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Strong inventory control and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle field coordination and dispatch planning.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving approach.
