At its core, Product Marketing at WebEngage starts with the product and ends with the customer - bringing both together in unconventional ways. We are looking for someone who can keep the customer at the center of everything and demonstrate how WebEngage solves their problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain data accurately and efficiently across various platforms (CRMs & Google Sheet)
- Update and maintain reports, ensuring data integrity and timely delivery.
- Facilitate interdepartmental communication and coordination by assisting with data requests.
- Demonstrate logical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and rectify data discrepancies or anomalies.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and tasks to support the needs of the team and the organization.
