Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and field visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualification
