We are seeking a dynamic and experienced healthcare professional to lead and oversee the hospital's day-to-day operations, drive operational excellence, and support the organization's strategic growth.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a healthcare/hospital setup is mandatory
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Expertise in hospital operations, quality standards, and process improvement
- Ability to coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in budgeting, performance management, and regulatory compliance will be an added advantage
- Eligibility:
- Relevant postgraduate qualification in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
Preferred Location: Candidates residing in or around Ernakulam.
