Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled ARC & MIG Welder to join our steel furniture manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components such as tables, chairs, racks, and custom furniture items with accuracy and quality finishing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform ARC (stick) and MIG welding on MS steel components
- Fabricate and assemble steel furniture structures as per drawings
- Ensure strong, clean, and accurate weld joints
- Operate welding machines, grinders, and cutting tools
- Read and understand fabrication drawings and measurements
- Maintain proper alignment and finishing of furniture products
- Carry out basic quality checks and rectify welding defects
- Follow safety standards and workshop discipline
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in ARC and MIG welding
- Knowledge of steel furniture fabrication work
- Ability to read basic drawings and measurements
- Good understanding of welding techniques and finishing
- Experience with grinding, cutting, and fitting
Qualification:
- ITI Welder / Fabricator (preferred)
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in steel furniture or fabrication industry
Work Environment:
- Workshop / factory-based job
- Handling mild steel materials and fabrication tools
Salary:
- ₹12,000 – ₹22,000 per month (depending on experience)
