Hiring CDP – Asian Cuisine / Chef de Partie for a fast-paced hospitality kitchen. Looking for Asian Chef, Chinese Chef, Thai Chef, and Pan Asian Kitchen professionals with strong experience in food preparation, section handling, mise en place, and restaurant kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Asian dishes as per standards
- Maintain section mise en place and operations
- Ensure hygiene and food quality standards
- Coordinate with Sous Chef during service
- Train commis chefs and kitchen assistants
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Asian cuisine
- Knowledge of Chinese, Thai, and Oriental dishes
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team player with good communication skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
