Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage stock levels of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and finished goods.
- Ensure timely receipt, storage, and issuance of materials to departments.
- Monitor stock movement and update inventory records using ERP / Excel.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and shelf-life monitoring of materials.
- Coordinate with the Purchase and Production departments for material planning and availability.
- Manage inward/outward logistics, GRN preparation, and documentation.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices and proper housekeeping of the store.
- Monitor material loss, damages, or expiry and take corrective actions.
- Maintain all store records and documents as per ISO or internal audit standards.
- Train and supervise store assistants or helpers.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (SAP, Tally, or ERP)
- Understanding of manufacturing store processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Familiarity with safety and compliance norms in stores
- Ability to handle physical inventory and stock movement
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
