Key Responsibilities
- On-time project delivery
- Lead the overall operations of the India business and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Establish systems, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Oversee production planning and execution to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate closely with Design, Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Client Servicing teams.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve operational challenges.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Improve productivity, quality, turnaround time, and resource utilization.
- Introduce new technologies and best practices to enhance operational performance.
- Manage operational budgets and monitor project costs.
- Optimize inventory, procurement, and vendor performance.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and cross-functional teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Support talent development and succession planning.
- Ensure all deliverables meet Madu Creative's quality standards.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Implement operational risk management and corrective action plans.
- Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across departments.
- Review operational performance and prepare reports for the Managing Director.
- Drive initiatives that improve customer satisfaction, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Vasai, Maharashtra (Vasai)
