Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated MBA Fresher to join our Production Planning & Control (PPC) team. The candidate will support production planning, order tracking, inventory coordination, and cross-functional communication to ensure timely execution of customer orders while maintaining production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and production capacity.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Stores, Purchase, and Dispatch departments for smooth order execution.
- Monitor production progress and update order status reports.
- Follow up with production teams to ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
- Assist in preparing production schedules for printing, lamination, die-cutting, rigid box making, finishing, and packing processes.
- Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with the Purchase and Stores departments.
- Maintain production planning records, MIS reports, and daily production data.
- Track work-in-progress (WIP) and identify production bottlenecks.
- Support inventory control by monitoring stock levels and minimizing excess inventory.
- Prepare daily production reports, dispatch reports, and management dashboards.
- Coordinate with the Quality team to resolve production-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, SOPs, and safety regulations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Production Management, or General Management.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are eligible.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage.
