The Management Trainee will undergo structured cross-functional training and directly support senior leadership in executing strategic initiatives. The role offers exposure across product management, marketing, operations, regulatory coordination, supply chain, analytics, and business development. This position is designed to build future business leaders within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in product lifecycle management including concept validation, positioning, pricing, and launch planning
- Coordinate with design, packaging, and manufacturing partners for new product development
- Conduct detailed market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insights analysis
- Support marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and promotional material development
- Prepare MIS reports, sales analytics, demand forecasts, and business review dashboards
- Coordinate with sales teams for performance tracking, target monitoring, and territory analysis
- Assist in regulatory documentation, label compliance, and quality coordination
- Work closely with supply chain for inventory planning and dispatch coordination
- Support vendor negotiations and partner communications
- Participate in strategic expansion planning including new markets and channel development
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and quantitative aptitude with ability to interpret business data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint, and basic financial understanding
- Understanding of pharma/nutraceutical regulatory and compliance environment (preferred)
