Junior Data & Reporting Executive
Location: Remote (India)
Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, aligned with UK business hours
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Junior Data & Reporting Executive to support our growing UK dental group. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, validating, organising and reporting business data across multiple companies.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, spreadsheets and reports, and wants to develop a career in business intelligence and data analytics.
You will work closely with management to ensure that all business information is accurate, up to date and presented in a clear and meaningful way.
Responsibilities
Daily Reporting
- Update daily business dashboards.
- Collect information from different systems.
- Verify data accuracy.
- Identify missing or incorrect information.
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Prepare management summaries.
Marketing Reporting
Maintain reports for:
- Daily advertising spend
- Leads generated
- Cost per lead
- Booked appointments
- Consultation attendance
- Treatment acceptance
- Campaign performance
- Return on advertising spend
- Marketing trends
- Highlight unusual increases or decreases in performance.
Sales & Lead Tracking
Track:
- New enquiries
- Qualified leads
- Calls made
- Calls answered
- Missed calls
- Appointment bookings
- Appointment attendance
- Treatment acceptance
- Revenue generated
- Follow-up status
- Ensure all leads are updated correctly in the CRM.
Practice Reporting
Prepare reports covering:
- Daily revenue
- Cash collected
- New patients
- Existing patients
- Chair utilisation
- Clinician production
- Cancellation rates
- No-shows
- Outstanding treatment plans
- Deposits received
Laboratory Reporting
Track:
- Cases received
- Cases completed
- Turnaround times
- Remakes
- Revenue
- Internal work

Academy Reporting
Monitor:
- Leads
- Calls booked
- Sales
- Course revenue
- Delegate numbers
- Marketing performance
Dashboard Maintenance
- Update Power BI dashboards.
- Maintain Excel reports.
- Refresh data sources.
- Check for reporting errors.
- Maintain KPI trackers.
Data Quality
- Check for duplicate records.
- Correct missing information.
- Validate figures.
- Report inconsistencies.
- Escalate errors to management.
Administrative Support
- Organise spreadsheets.
- Maintain reporting folders.
- Keep documentation updated.
- Prepare presentation reports when required.
Skills Required
- Strong Microsoft Excel
- Google Sheets

- Basic Power BI knowledge (preferred)

Preferred Experience
- 1–2 years in reporting, MIS, operations or data entry.
- Experience working with Excel.
- Experience preparing management reports.
- Basic understanding of dashboards.
- Healthcare or dental experience is an advantage but not essential.
