Role Purpose : To support the HR team in day-to-day operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR documentation, while gaining hands-on exposure to corporate HR practices. The intern is expected to take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities: sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates.
- Support onboarding processes: preparing induction materials, assisting with documentation.
- Maintain and update HR databases (attendance, employee records, training logs).
- Help organize employee engagement activities (events, surveys, workshops).
- Draft HR communications, policies, and reports.
- Provide support in performance management cycle (data collation, feedback forms).
- Conduct basic research on HR trends, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Independently manage and complete assigned HR tasks/projects, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Management, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a corporate environment.
