Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Faculty to deliver engaging HR sessions, mentor students, and prepare them for successful careers in Human Resource Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach HR subjects including Recruitment, Payroll, Labour Laws, Performance Management, and HR Operations.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
Mentor students and monitor their academic and professional development.
Support placement activities and academic events.
Requirements:
Qualification: MBA in Human Resource Management (HR)
Experience: 1–3 years of teaching, HR training, or HR Generalist experience.
Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
