About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Front End React.js UI Developer with 4–7 years of experience in building modern, scalable, and accessible web applications using React.js. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in React, JavaScript, Accessibility (WCAG 2.x), and front-end best practices, with hands-on experience delivering enterprise-grade applications in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, responsive, and accessible web applications using React.js.
- Build reusable, component-based UI libraries following enterprise coding standards.
- Develop WCAG 2.x compliant user interfaces ensuring accessibility across browsers and devices.
- Collaborate with UX designers, business analysts, and backend teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and remediate accessibility issues using industry-standard tools.
- Perform accessibility testing throughout the development lifecycle.
- Optimize UI performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and accessibility guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to security, quality, and development best practices.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in Front End React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Hands-on expertise in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Bootstrap
- Experience with Redux and Context API
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and reusable UI development
- Hands-on experience implementing Web Accessibility (WCAG 2.x) standards
- Experience using accessibility testing tools such as Axe, Deque
- Working knowledge of screen readers like JAWS and NVDA
- Experience with build tools including Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt
- Unit testing experience using Jest, React Testing Library (RTL), Jasmine, or Karma
- Strong understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with REST APIs and API integration
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in large enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of UI performance optimization techniques.
- Exposure to secure front-end development practices.
- Understanding of modern front-end architecture and design patterns.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
