Job Overview
Orbiqe Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and result-oriented HR IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT recruitment and be capable of handling the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for various technical roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle salary discussions, offer roll-out, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain recruitment reports and trackers to ensure timely closures.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT recruitment.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job roles.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
