The Office Assistant will help in day-to-day office work and support smooth functioning of office activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle basic office work and support daily operations.
- Manage files, records, and documents (both physical and digital).
- Do data entry and assist in preparing simple reports.
- Handle printing, scanning, photocopying, and related tasks.
- Assist in receiving and sending couriers.
- Help in maintaining office supplies and informing when items are needed.
- Support in scheduling meetings if required.
- Keep the office area clean and organized.
- Perform other office tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Skills Required
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer (MS Word, Excel, Email).
- Good behavior and willingness to learn.
- Punctual and responsible.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
