The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, generate qualified leads, support customer acquisition, and contribute to overall business growth. The role requires a combination of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong coordination skills to ensure successful campaign execution across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and event-based channels.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize performance based on results.
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and media partners when required.
2. Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and business opportunities.
Analyse competitor activities, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
Gather customer feedback through surveys and other research methods.
Present actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making.
3. Content & Brand Management
Collaborate with design and content teams to create marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and platforms.
Support product launches and promotional activities with relevant marketing content.
4. Digital Marketing
Manage and optimize social media platforms, including content scheduling and engagement.
Execute SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and email marketing campaigns.
Monitor website traffic and digital campaign performance using analytics tools.
Improve online visibility, lead generation, and conversion rates through digital initiatives.
5. Lead Generation & Sales Support
Work closely with the sales team to develop lead-generation campaigns.
Support lead nurturing activities through email marketing and customer engagement programs.
Track marketing-generated leads and analyze conversion performance.
Prepare marketing materials to support sales presentations and client meetings.
6. Event Management
Assist in planning and organizing trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, conferences, and corporate events.
Coordinate logistics, promotional activities, and vendor management.
Evaluate event success and prepare post-event performance reports.
7. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Track campaign KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Analyse marketing ROI and provide recommendations for improvement.
Maintain marketing databases, campaign records, and performance dashboards.
Present campaign insights and improvement plans to management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, SEO, or Analytics will be an added advantage.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, business development support, or related roles.
Experience in B2B or B2C marketing environments preferred.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, SEO, or Analytics will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹9,852.51 - ₹77,801.83 per month
