Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Learning Consultant to drive enrollments for our UG programs. You will engage with prospective learners, understand their goals, and guide them through the admission journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with leads via calls, emails, and demos
- Counsel students on suitable degree programs
- Manage the sales funnel using CRM tools
- Follow up consistently to achieve targets
Requirements:
- 0–5 years of B2C sales experience
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce/LeadSquared preferred)
- Target-driven with high ownership
