About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager who can independently manage the complete social media presence of our clients. This is a project-based role where you will be responsible for everything from content creation to paid advertising and business growth.
This is not just a posting job. We need someone who can plan, create, execute, optimize, and deliver measurable results.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation
- Visit client locations whenever required for content shoots.
- Plan and execute photo and video shoots.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos using professional equipment or a high-quality smartphone.
- Edit videos into engaging Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos.
- Design social media creatives, banners, and graphics.
- Write engaging captions and create content calendars.
- Create all content independently without relying on the client.
Social Media Management
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other platforms.
- Schedule and publish posts consistently.
- Optimize profiles for better reach and engagement.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement when required.
- Grow followers organically using effective social media strategies.
Paid Advertising
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate quality leads, website traffic, and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI.
Strategy & Reporting
- Develop monthly social media and advertising strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance using insights and analytics.
- Submit regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and digital marketing techniques.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Excellent video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Graphic designing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager.
- Expertise in Google Ads.
- Knowledge of social media algorithms and audience growth strategies.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling corporate and local business brands.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and website marketing.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certifications are a plus.
