About the Role
We are looking for a smart, customer-focused, and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our Ayurveda Center in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be capable of handling front office operations efficiently, and have experience in customer calling, follow-ups, and converting enquiries into appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in patients and visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with courtesy.
- Call prospective customers and follow up on enquiries.
- Convert leads into confirmed appointments and treatments.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments.
- Maintain patient records and update the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with doctors and therapists regarding patient schedules.
- Explain Ayurveda treatments, wellness packages, and promotional offers.
- Handle billing, receipts, and basic cash transactions.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Address customer queries and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, Telecaller, or Customer Support Executive.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Strong customer handling and sales conversion skills.
- Good interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.
