Key Responsibilities
- Data collation in relation to notices received towards in income tax and transfer pricing assessment along with preparation of submission.
- Collation of data and preparation of income tax return and other necessary forms.
- TDS working, advance tax working, provision for tax working in monthly, quarterly and on an annual basis.
- Responding to withholding tax queries come from other teams.
- Assisting Manager/ Senior Manager in handling the past income tax litigations and pending income tax refunds.
- Collation of data for securing nil / lower tax deduction certificates.
- Knowledge of income tax act and withholding tax rules including section 195.
