The ideal candidate will hold a Ph.D. in ECE or a related discipline with a minimum of 15 years of teaching and research experience, including at least 5 years in an academic leadership role. The Dean will be responsible for providing strategic direction to the department, driving curriculum development and innovation, fostering funded research and industry collaborations, guiding NBA/NAAC accreditation processes, and mentoring faculty and students toward excellence. Candidates must have a strong publication record and a demonstrated ability to lead a dynamic academic unit in alignment with UGC norms.
