Job Description
We are looking for a responsible Site Supervisor to manage daily construction site activities, labour coordination and work execution as per drawings and quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site work
- Handle labour and assign work
- Ensure work completed as per drawing
- Maintain site discipline and safety
- Monitor material usage & avoid wastage
- Maintain daily progress report (DPR)
- Coordinate with engineer & contractor
- Check quality of construction work
- Report site issues to management
Requirements
- Basic knowledge in construction work
- Ability to read drawings (basic level)
- Labour handling skill
- Good communication
- Immediate joiners preferred
