Job Description:
Sreepathi Associates Builders & Promoters is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Marketing & Sales Executive to manage client communication, sales activities, and administrative responsibilities related to our residential apartments and serviced apartments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client communication, including payment updates, reminders, follow-up calls, and queries.
- Manage sales enquiries from interested customers and assist them in purchasing residential apartments and serviced apartments.
- Convert leads into sales and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Provide regular construction updates to clients with monthly progress details and photographs.
- Prepare and share client-related documents such as offer letters and sale agreements.
- Attend incoming calls and provide information regarding apartment details, pricing, offers, and availability.
- Support sales activities and achieve sales targets (additional incentives will be provided for successful sales).
- Bring creative ideas for marketing and promotional activities.
- Create and support Instagram reels/videos and other digital marketing content for promoting properties.
- Handle general administrative tasks and maintain proper documentation.
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Strong speaking and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle client relationships professionally.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Creative mindset with interest in social media marketing and content creation.
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Previous experience in real estate sales, customer service, or administration will be an advantage.
Salary: Based on experience and skills + Attractive Sales Incentives
