RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate new B2B sales leads
- Visit hospitals, industries and commercial establishments
- Identify customer requirements
- Explain product/application benefits
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
- Develop dealers/channel partners in Bihar & Jharkhand
- Coordinate for site survey, installation and after-sales support
- Achieve monthly sales targets
REQUIREMENTS
✅ 1–3 years of field/B2B sales experience preferred
✅ Experience in HVAC, AC, medical equipment, industrial equipment, electrical/electronics or similar products will be an advantage
✅ Freshers with good communication & sales ability may also apply
✅ Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
✅ Good Hindi communication
✅ Basic English
✅ Willingness to travel across Bihar & Jharkhand
✅ Good communication, follow-up and negotiation skills
SALARY
₹16,000 – ₹20,000/month + TA/Petrol Allowance + Attractive Sales Incentives
High performers can earn significantly more through incentives.
