Amicis Global is a growing US IT staffing and recruitment company focused on delivering top talent solutions across the United States. We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, develop, and acquire new clients in the US IT staffing market
* Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
* Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers
* Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams to deliver suitable candidates
* Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to account management
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
* Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management in US IT staffing
* Strong understanding of US staffing processes and recruitment lifecycle
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Experience with lead generation tools and CRM platforms
* Ability to build long-term client relationships
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with direct clients, MSPs, or implementation partners
* Knowledge of US work authorization types
* Familiarity with staffing industry trends and market dynamics

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,904.86 per month
