About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Internal Auditor to strengthen our internal audit function across our Trading and Manufacturing businesses. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in a CA audit firm or as an Internal Auditor in a manufacturing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits for Trading and Manufacturing operations.
- Review financial records, inventory controls, procurement, sales, and operational processes.
- Evaluate internal controls and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and SOPs.
- Perform stock verification, cash audits, and branch audits.
- Prepare audit reports with observations, risk assessments, and recommendations.
- Follow up on audit findings and monitor implementation of corrective actions.
- Assist management in strengthening internal control systems.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: M. Com (Finance) / CMA Qualified/ CMA (Inter)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in CA Audit Firm, or Internal Audit in a Manufacturing Company
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal audit procedures.
- Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
- Willingness to travel to branches/plants for audit assignments.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of inventory and production audit.
- Understanding of GST and statutory compliance.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
