Role Overview:
We are actively looking for a high-performing Odoo Developer on a contractual basis who can take ownership of development, customization, and integration of Odoo ERP solutions. This role demands someone who can deliver quickly, solve complex business problems, and work independently with minimal supervision.
What You’ll Be Responsible For :
- Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules aligned with business needs
- Lead end-to-end development cycles — from requirement analysis to deployment
- Implement and optimize core modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM
- Build and manage API integrations with third-party systems
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance system performance
- Handle data migration, upgrades, and version transitions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Ensure clean, scalable, and production-ready code
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development
- Strong expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript
- Deep understanding of Odoo ORM, QWeb, and module architecture
- Proven experience in custom module development & integrations
- Familiarity with Linux environment and Git workflows
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment
Good to Have:
- Experience with Odoo.sh / Odoo Enterprise
- Exposure to multi-company or large-scale ERP implementations
- Understanding of business domains like Finance, Supply Chain, or HRMS
