Key Responsibilities
Record Management: Maintaining physical and digital employee files, updating HRIS databases, and managing confidential documentation.
Recruitment Support: Posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding/offboarding for new hires.
Payroll & Benefits: Compiling attendance and leave data for payroll, supporting benefits administration (PF, ESI), and answering employee questions.
Policy Compliance: Ensuring company adherence to labor laws, updating policy documents, and assisting with audits.
Employee Support: Assisting with employee relations, answering HR helpdesk queries, and coordinating employee engagement activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for interacting with employees and external vendors.
HR Software Proficiency: Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive, personal information with discretion.
Education: A master's degree in HR, business administration, or a relevant field is required.
Experience: Proven experience required, min. 1 year.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
