This opportunity is with the client's Cybersecurity / Identity & Access Management practice, supporting enterprise-scale Privileged Access Management (PAM) implementations and security transformation initiatives.
Job Overview We are looking for an experienced PAM Implementation Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Delinea Secret Server and/or Delinea Privilege Manager to join an enterprise cybersecurity team. The role involves implementing and administering PAM solutions, integrating Delinea with enterprise applications and security platforms, developing custom connectors, automating PAM operations, and supporting privileged account lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on Delinea implementation experience, strong scripting and REST API knowledge, and experience integrating PAM platforms with enterprise technologies such as Active Directory, SSO/MFA, ServiceNow, SailPoint/Saviynt, SIEM and DevOps platforms. Candidates holding relevant Delinea or CyberArk certifications will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities Implement, configure, administer, and support Delinea Secret Server and Privilege Manager solutions. Design and configure privileged access policies, access controls, approval workflows, and certification processes. Perform privileged account discovery, onboarding, classification, password management, rotation, and lifecycle administration. Configure and manage Distributed Engines, Scanners, Connection Manager, session management, monitoring, and recording. Develop and maintain custom password connectors, application integrations, scanners, reports, and automation components. Integrate Delinea PAM solutions with enterprise platforms including: Active Directory / LDAP SSO, SAML, OIDC and MFA solutions ServiceNow SailPoint / Saviynt SIEM platforms DevOps and CI/CD tools Enterprise applications and infrastructure Develop automation using Python, PowerShell, Shell scripting, REST APIs, SDKs, and other supported technologies. Configure password and SSH key rotation for Windows, Unix/Linux, databases, applications, and other privileged accounts. Implement secure session management, privileged session monitoring, and session recording. Support HA/DR architecture, security hardening, upgrades, patching, and platform maintenance. Troubleshoot PAM implementation and integration issues across infrastructure, applications, identity, and security environments. Develop operational reports and dashboards to support security operations, governance, audit, and compliance requirements. Work closely with infrastructure, cloud, application, DevOps, IAM, SOC, and cybersecurity teams to drive PAM adoption. Ensure PAM implementations follow enterprise security standards, access governance requirements, and industry best practices. Participate in solution design, technical documentation, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Mandatory Technical Skills Delinea PAM Hands-on Delinea PAM implementation experience. Strong experience with Delinea Secret Server and/or Delinea Privilege Manager. Experience with PAM deployment, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting. Experience with privileged account onboarding and lifecycle management. Knowledge of Connection Manager, Distributed Engines, and Scanners. Experience with session monitoring and recording. Custom Development & Integration Experience developing custom password connectors and application integrations. Strong knowledge of REST API integration. Experience with PAM automation using: Python PowerShell Shell scripting Experience working with SDKs and automation frameworks. Identity & Enterprise Integration
Hands-on integration exposure with one or more of:
Active Directory LDAP SAML OIDC MFA SSO ServiceNow SailPoint Saviynt SIEM DevOps / CI-CD platforms Infrastructure & Security Windows administration. Unix/Linux administration. Password and SSH key rotation. TLS, PKI, and certificate management. PAM security hardening. HA/DR concepts. Enterprise security and privileged access management best practices.
Preferred Skills Experience with Delinea Secret Server Cloud / On-Premises environments. Experience implementing Delinea Privilege Manager. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience integrating PAM with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of enterprise IAM and IGA platforms. Experience supporting large-scale enterprise PAM deployments. Experience with PAM migration, upgrades, and platform modernization. Strong understanding of security governance, audit, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Certifications Candidates with any of the following certifications will be preferred: Delinea Certified Engineer – Secret Server Certified Engineer – Privilege Manager OR CyberArk CyberArk Sentry CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer – PAM (CDE-PAM) CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer – Privilege Cloud (CDE-CPC)
Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should: Have 2+ years of hands-on Delinea implementation experience – Mandatory. Have strong practical experience implementing and integrating PAM solutions. Be capable of independently handling PAM configuration, troubleshooting, integrations, and automation. Have experience developing custom connectors. Be proficient in at least one scripting language such as Python, PowerShell, or Shell. Have strong knowledge of REST APIs. Understand enterprise identity, infrastructure, and cybersecurity environments. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Be comfortable working with cross-functional technical and security teams. Be available to join immediately or within 15 days, preferably.
Pay: Up to ₹1,600,000.00 per year
