The Marketing Head is responsible for planning, developing, and executing the company’s overall marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. The role involves strategic leadership, market analysis, campaign management, and coordination with sales and other departments.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
- Set short-term and long-term marketing goals and KPIs
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team
- Prepare and control the marketing budget
Brand Management & Promotion
- Build and strengthen the company’s brand image across all channels
- Oversee advertising, promotions, and public relations activities
- Ensure brand consistency in all marketing communications
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities
- Analyze market data and sales trends to improve marketing effectiveness
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion areas
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, events, etc.)
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for better ROI
- Coordinate product launches and promotional activities
Sales Coordination
- Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and revenue growth
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and proposals
- Support channel partners and distributors with marketing initiatives
Digital & Online Marketing
- Oversee digital marketing activities including website, social media, SEO, and online ads
- Track digital performance metrics and improve online presence
- Ensure effective use of marketing technology and tools
Qualifications & SkillsEducational Qualification
Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing field or automobile industry.
