Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee and manage residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, coordination with contractors and consultants, material management, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Verify measurements and quantities for billing and subcontractor payments.
- Plan and monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
- Conduct quality inspections and resolve technical issues on site.
- Assist in project planning, estimation, and cost control activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting tools.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driving license preferred.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
