Job Title: Women's Hairstylist & Beautician
Location: Dreams Unisex salon and spa, [Bengaluru]
We are looking for a skilled, passionate, and customer-friendly Women's Hairstylist & Beautician to join our growing unisex salon. The ideal candidate should have experience in women's hair services and beauty treatments while maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Haircuts, hair styling, blow-drying, and hair spa.
- Hair coloring, highlights, smoothening, keratin, and other chemical treatments.
- Facials, clean-ups, waxing, threading, bleaching, and basic skincare services.
- Manicure, pedicure, and basic makeup services.
- Consult clients and recommend suitable hair and beauty treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and salon equipment.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a salon (experienced candidates preferred).
- Good knowledge of women's haircuts, hair treatments, and beauty services.
- Professional, well-groomed, and customer-focused.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays if required.
