Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day office administration activities
- Coordinating with vendors, housekeeping, and facility teams
- Maintaining office assets, inventory, and stationery records
- Handling employee attendance, leave records, and branch coordination
- Maintaining documentation, invoices, reports, and office files
- Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and courier management
- Supporting HR and operations team in administrative tasks
- Ensuring smooth functioning of office operations and compliance processes
- Managing front office coordination and visitor handling professionally
- Assisting management in branch-level operational support
Skills Required
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- MBA Marketing candidates only
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
