- Manifold Operator
- Gas Management: Change empty gas cylinders in the manifold room with filled ones and ensure continuous supply to wards, ICUs, and Operation Theatres.
- Monitoring & Safety: Monitor pressure gauges and alarms in real-time to detect leaks or failures.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on piping, valves, and bedside outlets.
- Record Keeping: Maintain daily logbooks for gas stock, usage, consumption, and maintenance activities.
- Emergency Response: Respond immediately to manifold alarms or pressure drops to prevent patient risk
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Typically requires an ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certificate or a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 0–5 years of experience, ideally in medical gas management within a hospital setup.
- Skills: Strong understanding of gas safety protocols, troubleshooting skills, and ability to handle pressurized equipment
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
