About the Role
Flo Mattress is looking for a passionate and customer-focused professional to create exceptional customer experiences while driving sales growth. This role combines consultative selling with relationship-building, requiring the ability to engage customers, generate referrals, and develop partnerships with interior designers and architects.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a seamless and personalized customer experience across all sales touchpoints.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable sleep solutions.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Build and nurture relationships with interior designers, architects, builders, and other channel partners to generate referrals and project opportunities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and leads to improve conversion and retention.
- Represent the Flo Mattress brand with professionalism, product expertise, and a customer-first mindset.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and partner relationships in CRM systems.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, customer experience, retail, home furnishings, lifestyle, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong networking ability with a proactive approach to business development.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Existing relationships with interior designers and architects will be a strong advantage.
