Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer support calls professionally.
- Communicate effectively with customers in English.
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards.
- Follow process guidelines and achieve performance targets.
- Work on Saturdays if business requirements demand.
Eligibility Criteria
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Must be based in Durgapur, West Bengal.
- Own a laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection.
- Have a good-quality noise-cancellation headset.
- Comfortable working in US shifts.
- Flexible to work from home and visit the office when required.
- Self-motivated and performance-driven.
Compensation
- Commission-Based Opportunity for Incentives.
- Earnings will be based on performance and USD-to-INR commission conversion.
