Job Summary
Venus Plumbing & Sanitary Ware is looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and customer-oriented Sales Person to represent the Jaquar brand in our showroom. The selected candidate will assist customers in choosing premium bathroom fittings, sanitary ware, faucets, showers, and wellness products while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
No prior experience in the plumbing or sanitary ware industry is required. Comprehensive product knowledge and sales training will be provided by the Jaquar Training Team, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and individuals looking to build a career in retail sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Guide customers in selecting suitable Jaquar products based on their needs and budget.
- Explain product features, benefits, and available options.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom growth.
- Coordinate with the billing and inventory teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain showroom displays and ensure products are presented professionally.
- Stay updated on Jaquar's latest products, collections, and promotional offers through regular training.
- Assist architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors with product information when required.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide professional after-sales support.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- No previous experience in plumbing, sanitary ware, or retail sales is required.
- Willingness to learn and participate in Jaquar's professional training programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Malayalam; basic English communication is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
