Responsibilities:
- Manage and process D2C orders received through the website and online platforms.
- Ensure smooth end-to-end order fulfilment and timely delivery to customers.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve delivery issues and delays.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations related to orders.
- Monitor delivery performance and track key metrics like TAT, returns, and customer satisfaction.
- Work on improving customer experience to drive retention and repeat purchases.
- Track daily order fulfilment performance and prepare basic reports.
- Analyse customer feedback and suggest process improvements for better efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- 0 to 1 year of experience in D2C operations, customer support, e-commerce, or order management.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic analytical skills for tracking performance metrics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets. • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
