Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints through calls, emails, chat, and in-person interactions.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex cases when required.
- Maintain customer records and update data in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving ability.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
