Role Overview
Seeking a result-driven Regional Manager / Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with Banking and NBFC clients across West & North India, with strong CXO engagement and sales ownership.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and expand relationships with Banks, NBFCs, and Co-operative institutions
· Drive end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure
· Achieve revenue targets aligned with company goals
· Engage with CXO-level stakeholders (CEO, CTO, CIO, etc.)
· Handle RFP/Tender processes for large and co-operative banks
· Collaborate with internal teams for successful solution delivery
· Track market trends and competitor activities
· Maintain sales pipeline and reporting
Key Requirements
· 4–7 years of experience in Fintech Product Sales (Banking & NBFC focus)
· Strong understanding of financial services ecosystem
· Experience in RFP/Tender management
· Proven track record in achieving sales targets
· Experience with CXO-level interactions
Educational Qualification
Graduate in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
Skills & Competencies
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Strong negotiation and relationship management
· Target-oriented and self-driven
· Ability to manage multi-regional responsibilities
Language Requirements
Proficiency in English and Hindi (mandatory), regional language preferred
