- Welcome customers and understand their styling and occasion-based requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting and draping sarees, lehengas, and indo-western outfits that suit their preferences and budget.
- Provide detailed product knowledge, including fabrics, craftsmanship, styling, and care instructions.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and attractive.
- Assist with billing, packaging, stock replenishment, and inventory management.
- Support exhibition sales, festive events, and promotional activities when required.
- Collect customer details for future marketing and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries, exchanges, and feedback professionally.
