Please note: This is a commission-based role with no fixed salary. Your earnings will depend entirely on the number of products you sell.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Sales: Actively promote and sell our products to potential customers, ensuring that you meet or exceed sales targets.
- Lead Generation: Identify new sales opportunities by reaching out to potential clients, gathering leads, and nurturing relationships with prospects.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a professional and approachable manner, understand their needs, and offer tailored product solutions.
- Sales Targets: Strive to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to maximize your earnings.
- Incentive Structure: Earn ₹100 per product sold, with the potential to earn significant monthly incentives. For example, selling 5 products in a day would earn you ₹500, and a consistent performance throughout the month can lead to earnings of ₹15,000+.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions, ensuring clear communication with the team regarding progress and challenges.
Compensation:
This role is commission-based with no fixed salary. Your compensation will be entirely dependent on the number of products you sell.
- Incentives: ₹100 per product sold.
- Potential Monthly Earnings: ₹15,000+ depending on sales performance.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous sales experience is a plus but not required. Enthusiastic candidates with a passion for sales will be considered.
