- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system monitoring and incident response processes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace Administration.
- Experience in configuring and managing application performance monitoring tools.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to coordinate problem resolution.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and its impact on application performance.
