Job Description
Responsibilities: - End-to-End Procurement Management manage the full procurement cycle from requisition to purchase order creation and supplier delivery. - Ensure timely sourcing and procurement of goods and services in line with organizational requirements. - Supplier Relationship Management develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and competitive pricing. - Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or service. - Strategic Sourcing & Cost Optimization support strategic sourcing initiatives by identifying potential suppliers and negotiating terms to achieve cost savings. - Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to drive procurement decisions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to consolidate spend and optimize procurement strategies. - Contract Management Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing procurement contracts and agreements. - Ensure contract compliance and renewals in coordination with legal teams. - Purchase Order & Documentation Management ensure accurate and timely creation and tracking of purchase orders. - Maintain procurement records and documentation as per company policies and audit requirements. - Compliance & Risk Management ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and relevant laws and regulations. - Identify procurement risks and implement mitigation strategies. - Vendor Onboarding & Evaluation Facilitate vendor onboarding and due diligence processes. - Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to assess compliance and performance. - Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement work closely with internal teams (e.g., finance, operations, legal) to align procurement activities with business needs. - Act as a liaison between business units and suppliers to facilitate smooth procurement processes. - Reporting & Analytics Prepare procurement reports and spend analysis to support decision-making. - Monitor key procurement metrics and track cost-saving initiatives. - Process Improvement identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and systems. - Support implementation of procurement automation tools and digital solutions.
