Requirement :
– Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
– 1–2 years of experience in IT Support or Helpdesk is an advantage
– Familiar with ticketing systems and troubleshooting hardware/software issues
– Preferebly from Manufacturing Company
– Willing to be Placed at Jababeka 2, Cikarang
Job Description :
– Proficient in installing and configuring operating systems (Windows, macOS, basic Linux)
– Good understanding of computer networks (LAN, WLAN, IP Addressing, routers, switches, DNS, etc.)
– Capable of troubleshooting computers, printers, and network-related problems
– Familiar with remote desktop tools (e.g., AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP).
– Able to perform software installation and system updates.
- Basic knowledge of data security and backup systems.
