Job Responsibilities:
- Supervision: Assist in managing daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, manage inventory control, and ensure timely replenishment of products.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Staff Training: Train and mentor store staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging team collaboration.
- Sales Reporting: Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Promotions: Assist in planning and executing promotional activities to boost store sales.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail management or food processing is preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in inventory management software.
Working Conditions:
- Hours: Full-time position, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on food safety and quality.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
