Location: Kakkanad, Ernakulam, Kerala
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day security and facility management operations across multiple client sites.
- Ensure proper deployment, supervision, and discipline of security personnel.
- Conduct site inspections, client meetings, and security audits.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare operational reports, attendance records, and incident reports.
- Recruit, train, and mentor security personnel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Resolve operational issues and implement timely solutions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager or Field Officer in a private security services company.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Excel, email, and reporting systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client locations independently.
- A valid driving license will be an added advantage.
Experience in Facility Management will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
