*Eligibility: Graduation is mandatory
*Preferred: MBA/PGDM in HR candidates
*Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000/month
Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
What we’re looking for:
- Good communication and people skills
- A confident and positive attitude
- Good candidate coordination skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring
- Comfortable with calling and candidate follow-ups
- Ready to work in a target-driven environment
What you’ll do:
*Find and connect with potential candidates
*Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
*Have initial conversations with candidates
*Schedule and coordinate interviews
*Follow up with candidates during the hiring process
*Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
*Work towards recruitment targets and timely closures
*Freshers are welcome! No prior recruitment experience is needed.
MBA/PGDM in HR candidates will be preferred.
Experienced HR and Recruitment candidates are also welcome to apply.
