Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, content strategy, and analytics. This role is responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and improving customer engagement across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads.
- Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO).
- Plan and manage social media content calendars and engagement strategies.
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and prepare regular performance reports.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and sales teams to produce effective marketing materials.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure campaigns deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).
- Stay informed about emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and landing page optimization.
- Graphic design or video editing experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
